Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii is founded to provide carbon-free, safe, environmentally friendly, energy systems using hot hydrogen fusion reactors. They will provide a source of unlimited primary energy for as long as we will need it. Additionally, Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii is founded to provide preferred apparatuses and procedures to utilize primary energy to reduce and or eliminate carbon emissions and to provide remedies for the harmful effects of hazardous wastes and materials in the environment. Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii is in business is to research, design, patent, manufacture, license, sell, market, promote, publicize, construct, and operate hot fusion reactors and their associated apparatuses. It is also in the business to produce, market, promote, lease, and sell energy produced by hot fusion reactors.

This includes the inventions of Dr. James Robert DeLuze covered under the granted US patent US 8,090,071 B2, the current pending applications, and future applications at the discretion of Dr. James Robert DeLuze. The scope of this business is land,ocean, air born, and outer space power plants, both stationary and mobile. This includes the production of consumer and industrial electricity and process power. This power is to be used for production and synthesis of chemicals including fuels and petrochemicals. It includes energy delivery systems where energy is transfered either by a synthetic or natural fuel intermediate. This power can be used to recycle and process pollutant substances, including processing such molecules into non pollutant substances. This power is to be used to recycle plasmas, gases, liquids, and solids. This power is also to be used in the purification and desalinization of ocean waters, brackish waters, sewage waters, and industrial waste-waters. It includes, but is not limited to, the use of fusion process power for energy power plants, land vehicles, ocean going craft, aircraft, and spacecraft engines including jet, turbine, and rocket systems. This business excludes the use of fusion in weapons of mass destruction.  ​

Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii scope of business also envisions additional inventions to be disclosed in future patent applications by Dr. James Robert DeLuze to be used by Fusion Energy Solutions of Hawaii at his discretion. The primary energy technologies of Dr. DeLuze will be utilized to reduce the carbon footprint of the energy use needed by humankind. In addition, a harnessed primary energy source makes it possible for the re-mediation of the now present secondary pollution effects produced by technology. It includes modification of systems, preferred apparatus and procedures of present and future inventions of Dr. James Robert DeLuze to be used to recycle and process pollutant substances. This includes the manufacture and synthesis of fuels and petrochemicals. It includes the purification and desalinization of ocean waters, brackish waters, sewage waters, and industrial waste-waters. It includes processing harmful molecules into non pollutant substances. It includes recycling plasmas, gases, liquids, and solids. It includes the transmutation and other processing of radioactive wastes, comprising their elements and isotopes, into non radioactive elements and isotopes. It includes providing a system of carbon recycling such that the harmful accumulation of carbonaceous substances in the environment may be brought into proper balance.

This provides for the re-mediation of the harmful environmental effects of using hydrocarbon fuels as a major source of energy. It includes the re-mediation and making safe the effects of all wastes whether solid, liquid, gaseous, plasma, and or radioactive.
